The Stanmore Place development by St Edward Homes in North West of London has been based around a number of phases using contemporary architecture set amongst tree lined avenues, green open spaces, lakes and water features, Royal Crescent is a series of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses overlooking manicured gardens and a peaceful fountain water feature, Crown mews offers a luxurious range of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments arranged along the tree-lined avenue running through Stanmore Place.

EH Smith worked with St Edwards to propose and supply the Bricks to meet the clients demanding standards to allow them to achieve the desired look of the project within the agreed budgets. This phase was winner of The Sunday Times Development of the Year at the 2014 British Home Awards.

Subsequent phases are following with a mix of Buff and Blue designs.
