Continuing our long running work on the Chobham Manor development, part of the London 2012 Olympic legacy, phase 3a consists of 105 homes as part of the overall scheme which is modelled on the capital’s traditional family neighbourhoods.
Working with PRP and Taylor Wimpey, a rich textured buff brick was selected which could accommodate the special tapered bricks and projecting headers and stretchers required to achieve the design intent.
We also worked with partners, IG Masonry Support, to supply the highly engineered brick faced masonry support. These units were prefabricated offsite to reduce labour and speed up the construction process.
