This new 60 bed hotel is adjacent to the Lewisham Gateway regeneration area.

A key area within the overall plan, the hotel links the town centre to 3 major transport interchanges.

The choice of brick ties into the local vernacular whilst giving a modern twist and added texture to the development.

EH Smith worked with the Architect and Contractors to select an appropriate brick and to ensure supply at a time of turbulence in the market.
