This £50m mixed use development for The Portman Estate is on the site of a former police station in the Baker Street Quarter near Marylebone, Oxford Street and Hyde Park.

EH Smith worked with Eric Parry Architects to select a handmade brick which evokes the heritage of this historic part of London.
