18-19 Hannover Square

18 Hanover Square is part of the Hanover Square Estate, a 205,000 sq. ft. development at Hanover Square in Mayfair, London W1.

The mixed-use development on a premier garden square comprises 18 Hanover Square, a new 9-storey building incorporating the eastern entrance to the Elizabeth Line’s Bond Street station; a separate building 1 Medici Courtyard containing 33,300 sq ft of offices above 31,000 sq ft of new flagship retail units on New Bond Street; 6 luxury residential apartments totalling 12,700 sq ft at 14 Brook Street.

We were pleased to work with the Architects to select a subtle shaded handmade brick which echoes the rich heritage of one of London’s famous garden squares.
