The Madison

Madison is the tenth build to rent development by Quintain and comprises 633 homes. Located on the Eastern perimeter of Wembley Stadium, Madison borders the seven acre park and is close to the restaurants and cafes on Olympic Way and Wembley Park Market, a permanent retail offering of 30 independent retailers.

It also provides a number retail spaces, a nursery, 2,723 sqm of community and leisure space, and 924 cycle parking spaces. The buildings are bound by three distinct private landscaped gardens which, while maintaining a distinct boundary, will connect to the new Eastern Lands Park.
