Abbey Road

This 80 Unit development on behalf of the client London and Quadrant required EH smith to find a dark matt brick to work in conjunction with the contrasting white render and Green roof.

Working within the agreed budget set by our customer L&Q, a number of options were proposed to the Architects that met the brief including a range of non-traditionally sized options. The eventual choice was a matt Black finish rather than something with a sheen for both of the 7 storey blocks.
