Regeneration of the Aylesbury is about more than new homes, community facilities and improved open spaces. The partnership is committed to ensuring that local people experience the social and economic benefits of regeneration, such as employment, education and training and improvements in health and wellbeing.
In total, 3,600 new homes are planned 50% of which will be affordable housing with 75% for social rent and 25% shared ownership or shared equity.
Working closely with HTA Architects and Hill Partnerships, EH Smith facilitated the selection and supply of a wide range of bricks to this first phase of the Aylesbury Estate regeneration.
