Berners Wells Building

This mixed-use development located north of Oxford Street in central London sits across two urban blocks and has created 75,000 sq ft of new futureproofed office and retail space, together with significant improvements to the public realm.

The architects used glazed bricks from two different manufacturers to detail the openings in the front street facing façade, provide a dramatic concave feature wall to the interior and red handmade bricks for the rear façade.

The end result is a beautifully crafted development with generous glazing flooding the interior with light.
