Working with PTE Architects London office EH Smith were tasked with finding materials for the client Tower Hamlets Homes first new council homes after a recommendation from the Contractor Bugler developments.

This brand new development includes nine large four bedroom family houses, and three two-bedroom flats. In addition to the new accommodation, there will be a community space on site that will be available for the use of all local residents and community groups.

After much consideration and a considerable number of options proposed the Architect and client chose a brick new to the Uk market for this development.
