Fisherton Street / Carrick Yard

Located close to Lisson Grove in the City of Westminster, Fisherton Street and Carrick Yard, are residential developments comprising 168 affordable and private homes neighbouring each other. Fisherton Street is conceived as a 21st century interpretation of the classic London mansion block, traditionally built in brick, classically and elegantly proportioned but detailed in a crisp modern style.

Sculpturally – the building appears as a monolithic brick block – carved to reveal its depth and mass – into which were inserted delicate metal balconies. The building’s base is defined by rusticated brickwork and the generous glazing of the entrance. In the symmetrical façade above – the carved balcony recesses and double height window openings in the brickwork are elegantly proportioned.
