The London Fruit and Wool Exchange is one of the largest developments in London and completed on time in April 2018.
The scheme delivered 320,000 sq ft of new grade A space including 260,000 sq ft of office and 40,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant, café, SME and community space.
The development was sensitively inserted behind the retained façade of the former London Fruit and Wool Exchange.
EH Smith worked with the Architects and specialist pre-cast company, Techcrete, to select and supply a bespoke blend of bricks for this prestigious scheme.
