Located within the Hampstead conservation area, Corner House is a late Victorian end of terrace. The design involved retaining the 3 storey red brick façade, with the rest of the house entirely reconstructed using contemporary, and more thermally efficient, construction techniques. The principal extension forms a street facing addition to bookend the terrace.
Shortlisted for the 2022 Brick Awards, this contemporary addition offers natural light, earthy materials and a focus on improving the quality of internal spaces and enhancing connections between floors.
