Situated on a corner site adjacent to the Chelsea Barracks development, this scheme provides 44 suites for elderly people with dementia — addressing a particularly acute shortage of this use in Westminster.

We were approached by EPR to design a bespoke brick blend and produce numerous special shaped bricks for the sinuous curved window details. Working in partnership with EPR, Gilbert Ash and Deppe, who were uniquely placed to provide the special shapes required, the exacting standard that was required of this elegant scheme were achieved and the result is a truly beautiful addition to this exclusive area of London.
