EH Smith Design Centre

We are delighted to announce the latest investment in our services to Architects, Contractors & Clients – the EH Smith Design Centre.

Situated in the heart of London’s design district, which boasts more Architects per sq mile than anywhere else on earth, the inspirational centre was designed by Stirling Prize winners Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

With over 1000 brick types on display and a huge range of ceramic & terracotta rainscreen, masonry support, GRC, natural stone cladding and other facade materials the centre is a unique setting designed to assist with the specification of materials.

The journey through texture, manufacturing process, colour, format, bond pattern & mortar choice is woven into the design of the centre. Using the language of the building site – the shelving units are windposts and brickwork support, the floors are brick or ceramic and timber is used throughout – the centre is designed to inspire and add value to the Supply Chain.

This is the latest in almost 100 years of investment in the sector to establish our position as a trusted and valued partner to all aspects of the construction process.
