The Castle pub, which had occupied the site since the 1930s, but closed in 2020. The new pub now has renewed street presence, with a sculptural elevation that pays homage to the historic architecture of everyday London pubs.
Standing 106 meters tall, it’s West London’s tallest volumetric building. Delivered in just 18 months using volumetric construction.
It is a 32 storey co-living development featuring 462 studios and five floors of exceptional amenities (Sky lounge bar, private and communal dining, immersive co-working spaces, a library, cinema, karaoke room, spa with sauna and steam room, state of the art gym, 3d-golf and multi-sports simulation suite, and indoor basketball court. Residents are also able to enjoy a 2,000 sq ft landscaped roof terrace on the 32nd floor, giving extensive views across London.
