Folgate Building

The Folgate Building borders the Norton Folgate development in Spitalfields, a stones throw from the Financial District of the City of London.

The development retained the existing concrete core and revitalised the building to provide generous 3m high floorspace taking its cue from the Victorian warehouses of the area.

The elegant brickwork includes ‘stitches’ of specially made elongated waterstruck bricks, reflecting the neighborhood which stitches together old and new effortlessly to create a vibrant and exciting new part of London.
