Godiva Place

Godiva Place is a new student accommodation scheme providing 772 beds for students attending higher education in Coventry.

The development, delivered by Regents Godiva Limited, consists a number of residential buildings ranging from four to nine storeys, along with a full suite of facilities for residents.

EH Smith worked with the Architects, Main Contractor and Specialist Sub-Contractor to supply our lightweight Natural Stone Rainscreen Facade System in the St Bees Sandstone that is prevalent in the Coventry area.
