Grahame Park

The regeneration of the Grahame park area of Colindale involves some 3,000 new homes over almost two decades of build programme. With approximately one third of the units being for affordable rent and or shared ownership, the project also includes as part of its design new shops, parks and community facilities to form part of the Hendon Village master plan.
