The building was designed with a loadbearing brick façade and elaborate detailing to hark back to the areas industrial warehouse heritage.
Bricks that echoed the rich history of the development site were required for the main façade, along with a very traditional “Salt Brown” for the Glazed elements.
The project itself used cutting edge modular build with each module compromised of shipping containers. All the units were built to order off-site and delivered for installation.
