Kings Crescent is a 47 unit residential complex, which had to be constructed to Conservation and English Heritage standards as it sits within the bounds of a Grade 1 listed Town House in the Cathedral Quarter in the Centre of Derby.
EH Smith worked with Brownhill Hayward Brown to select a facing brick which was sensitive to the historical context.
