Langley Square

A development comprising 400 apartments in a series of buildings that optimise the waterfront setting formed by the Mill Pond and the River Darent that flows through the site.

The buildings, inspired by the warehouse, wharf and industrial architecture of the historic Smith Kline Beecham buildings that originally occupied the site, are orientated to maximise views to the water and sunlight.

New riverside walks and landscape will increase public accessibility and new cafes and restaurants with waterside terraces and a new public square will help create a lively, living environment with a unique character.
