LIV Student Accommodation

This new £33m development in the student hub of Sheffield provides accommodation for 586 students. It incorporates many facilities including study spaces, a cinema, gym, karaoke booth (!) and a ninth-floor social hub complete with sky garden and roof terrace overlooking the city and the Peak District beyond.

Using traditional materials and complex brick detailing the scheme delivers a crafted tactile building on this prominent location. The brickwork contractor, Marlborough Brickwork, won numerous accolades for the standard of bricklaying on the scheme.
