This “apart-hotel” has 218 rooms, commercial office suites, a restaurant and a retail unit.
The development incorporates public realm activity, with the restaurant beside the hotel ground level entrance, enhancing the active frontage of the street. The restaurant can be accessed off the street and also from the apart-hotel.
The black handmade brick was chosen to soften the appearance of the building in relation to the local area.
