One Portwall Square

One Portwall Square is a new-build office for independent developer Nord on a prime site close to Bristol Temple Meads railway station.

When Stirling Prize winners Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) are anchor tenants for the scheme, and they approached us for assistance with their brick selection, we knew it had to be right! The brick, which is one of our solus products in the UK, provides a subtle texture and colour variation to break up the mass of the façade at ground level whilst complementing the clean lines of the award winning design.

Winner of the British Council of Offices (BCO) “National Workplace of the Year” in 2023, the scheme provides Grade A office accommodation which maximises occupant comfort and amenity for staff attraction and retention, the building delivers new levels of innovation, sustainability and office design, combining modern and flexible floorplates with generous light and space.
