Set within the historic streetscapes of Windsor Town Centre Conservation Area, One Victoria Street delivers a fabulous new sustainable office space offering unique views towards the Grade 1 listed Windsor Castle. It has been designed in response to the surrounding historical context, whilst clearly being a modern addition replacing the tired and disjointed 1970s existing office building.
Offering over 4,000 sqm of new flexible Grade A office space over five floors, the redevelopment has approximately doubled the lettable floor space on the site. As one of the first major office developments in the area for almost a decade the proposals were closely scrutinised at Planning Stage.
The use of traditional handset bricks with a mixture of light and dark tones and soldier course banding brings a domestic character to the base of the scheme responding to the surrounding plot heights and widths.
