This landmark scheme of 355 aparments is the final project in the huge Park Central re-generation project in Central Birmingham.
Formerly known as the Lee Bank Estate, the 61 acre scheme now provides over 1300 new homes and was the largest re-generation scheme in the UK outside London.
EH Smith worked with Architects Glenn Howells to select a suitable facing brick for the final phase of this prestigious project.
