Part of the £200m Rathbone Market regeneration scheme, this award winning scheme provides 216 new homes around a shared communal garden and will create a pedestrian link with street-access townhouses to the new public square at the heart of the masterplan.
The rich texture of brick was chosen by the Architects to provide contrast to the modern materials used on previous phases of the scheme.
EH Smith worked with John Sisk & Sons to secure the bricks and stored the full amount in our bulk yard to provide costs certainty across the scheme. Many special brick types were also produced by EH Smith.
