Sheepcote Road in the London Borough of Harrow exemplifies how to deliver high-quality, affordable homes in vibrant, well-connected hubs with excellent transport links to the city centre. The scheme provides 149 one-bedroom affordable homes for Pocket Living.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic interwar architecture of north-west London, the building integrates seamlessly with the high street and its surroundings. The design is respectful of the surrounding townscape, complementing it in colour and texture while maintaining a distinct character. The facade’s rhythm is expressed through layered brick detailing, adding depth and warmth to the building.
We were delighted to work once again with Pocket Living following the success of the Forest Road scheme and facilitate, along with Threefold Architects and Legendre, the selection of these distinctive facing bricks.
