Telegraph Works was designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris for Weston Homes Plc.
This £85m residential scheme delivered 272 new homes set around a new public realm providing a variety of gardens and playspace. The scheme is located on the Greenwich peninsula, on the site of a former telegraph works, where the first transatlantic telegraph cable was built and where transatlantic submarine cables were still built until 1975.
We worked with the Architects to provide solutions for both facing bricks and terracotta rainscreen to realise the bold and fresh design.
