The Marches

The £34 million project for WV Living, the local housing company for the City of Wolverhampton Council, creates 266 homes in a combination of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties – 67 of which will be affordable – on the site of the former Wednesfield High School on Lakefield Road.

EH Smith worked with Wilmott Dixon to supply over 2m bricks to the project during the 2 years of covid restrictions and kept the site going throughout.
