The Marq is a 46,000 sq ft mixed use building in the heart of St James’s in Central London. Working with Architects, Rolfe Judd, a richly textured wirecut brick was selected which was then pre-cast into panels by specialist contractor, Techrete.
The warm tones of the brickwork provide a contrast to the crisp, clean Portland stone of the rest of the scheme and help the development to sit comfortably within the historic setting of Duke’s Court, part of the Crown Estate.
