The new 81 bedroom boutique hotel, designed by Adam Architecture, is set in an enviable position in the heart of Soho.
The works comprised merging two buildings, and included demolishing the existing office building at 10 – 12 Carlisle Street and marginally increasing the size of the existing basement.
The new five-storey concrete frame building incorporates Portland stone and brick cladding to the external envelope to blend in with the architecture of the area.
