The Ram Quarter

Known as The Ram Quarter, this redevelopment of the historic Ram Brewery at Wandsworth is an exciting new residential and retail quarter.

The site straddles the River Wandle and contains several listed buildings associated with its strong brewing heritage. The Masterplan provides over 661 new residential apartments, high quality retail, restaurants, offices and cultural facilities carefully arranged within a series interlinked urban spaces.

EH Smith worked with the architects to select bricks in keeping with the character of the existing site including the pre-blending of Three Facings to achieve the required finish.
