The Rex

The Rex in Kingston is an exemplar 212 unit co-living development which transforms the vicinity of Kingston Station with a highly sustainable building. The scheme was delivered to BREEAM Outstanding and Fitwell 3 standards.

Working with the Client, Architect and Contractors we assisted in developing the technical design of the curved terracotta rainscreen. The parabolic tiles were a particularly complex aspect of the design and working with our manufacturing partners, Soladrilho, we were able to come up with a unique solution in a bespoke crafted glaze.
