Walthamstow Stadium

This scheme consisted of the demolition of the existing Stadium buildings, with the exception of the iconic front facade, and the construction of 292 new homes of mixed tenure.

Comminuty facilities and commercial units were also created and the frontage has been fully refurbished.

EH Smith worked with HTA Architects and Quadrant Construction to select facing bricks to meet the aesthetic and commercial requirements of the project.
