Cardiff Interchange

This new Transport Interchange in the heart of Cardiff includes a 14-stand bus and coach station including associated concourse and retail outlets; a 230-space multi-storey car park and cycle stores; 318 BTR apartments; and 120,000sqft net of regional head-quarters offices for L&G.

The mixed-use development features offices and residential units on the upper floors, and the new public concourse opens directly on to the new public plaza on Central Square, creating an exciting new experience for visitors and residents alike.
