Mansion House, New Islington

We are proud to be working closely with Urban Splash on a number of schemes including Mansion House in New Islington, Manchester. The lightweight, non-combustible ceramic Keratwin cladding was chosen as the perfect solution for a durable façade. The range is available in any RAL colour and in a number of textures and thanks to the Hytect coating that colour will stay crisp due to its self-cleaning properties.

Mansion House sits adjacent to the New Islington Marina and the completed Urban Splash modular Town House development and is a medium-rise apartment block comprising six to ten apartments – all of which have amazing outlooks over the New Islington Marina and Park. Mansion house is all about space. Extra high ceilings and a dual aspect flood the place with light and provide long views, making the apartments feel spacious in every direction.

Mansion House is a sister concept to Town House – Urban Splash’s factory-built, customer-designed, award winning housing project. A modular approach to construction allows a variety of apartment types to be interchangeable within the same building footprint, all based on smaller groups of apartments sharing an entrance, stair and lift creating a stronger sense of ownership and privacy for residents.
