Swindon NHS Health Centre

This building forms part of the major Kimmerfields development and sits alongside the already constructed new 850-space multi-storey car park and assisted living residential building, delivered as part of the first phase.

The health centre provides a full range of community and enhanced primary care services to over 22,000 registered patients, over 36,000 unregistered, and a walk-in centre for the local population and the wider area. The new health centre is constructed over four levels, including a pharmacy, two GP practices, dental, podiatry and a variety of community health services.

The flexibility of Keratwin tiles allowed the Architect to define a module and colour range for the matt terracotta tiles which define the buildings’ exterior.
