This update sets out the measures we have taken to date and our plans for maintaining a flexible, responsive and responsible service over the next few weeks.

We are fortunate that many of our staff have been able to work from home in the last few weeks. Our Sales and Specification Team continue to be on hand to provide independent advice and support to Architects and Construction Professionals who are working in the same way. This will continue and we are grateful for your cooperation as we all adapt to working in different ways.
Four of our larger depots (Cannock, Hemel Hempstead, Leicester and Shirley (Solihull)) are operational and running a limited Delivery service to assist Contractors wherever possible. Our staff are trained in and are expected to follow Contactless Unloading and Loading procedures and full adherence to social distancing. Again, we appreciate and value the cooperation of our fellow industry professionals in enabling our staff to abide by, and wherever possible, exceed the Government’s standards for safe working.

We are in very close contact with all major Brick Manufacturers both in the UK and across Europe to manage and facilitate supplies. Our Sales Team are able to to advise on the latest information on availability and stocks and to offer support and guidance on schedules.
Our service and commitment to the brick sector is second to none and we are in a very strong position to help “Get Britain Building” again. Our dedicated Architectural Specification Teams, Contractor Support Teams, Bulk stocking yards, with over 18m bricks in stock, and dedicated delivery fleet will ensure that we can assist sites to become operational again as smoothly as possible.
